Azza Zaghloul with her 34 years’ experience in the Travel industry, establishing several Travel Agents and having held a number of senior management positions in business development, Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events’ is ensuring a compliance in all aspects of a travel management company.

Today, in her capacity as the CEO of MTG, she is assisted by a highly knowledgeable professional Team providing together exceptional Travel arrangements to the Company clienteles.

Her passion and challenge is the wheel of motivation for her Team at Melc Travel Group.

Azza started her career in 1980 as part of the Import Department Team,

at the Misr International Bank in Alexandria current QNB; while her dream was establishing a unique Travel agent on the beautiful land of Alexandria.

Racing through the Years 1986 Azza with her German background gained at the famous German School in Alexandria /German Business Diploma and her Bachelor Degree in Business has put a new mile stone to the Travel Industry and started a Travel Management Company with her family she started as Ticketing counter staff with all the experience of customer service to ticketing Counter manager, as well as a strategic planner in the accounting department she was the first to create a special program for ticketing analysis in the travel agents field, founded the first MICE & PCO department in a Travel Management company in Alexandria, organized the most successful Euro Med foundation launching event in the Bibliotheca Alexandrina; and other remarkable events for Medical Associations with a long list of successful rewards.

Her latest success stories were being appointed as the Logistics and Travel Management Company for the International Book Fair 2020 held at Egypt International Exhibition Center – EIEC

Azza also joined the Pharos University Staff as a lecturer for Airline & Reservation System, as well as Travel Agency Management in 2008- 2009
