Chief Technology and Digital Transformation Officer in Pharos

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo.

She joined Pharos as the Group Chief Technology and Digital Transformation Officer in April 2019, where she is responsible for innovation and digital transformation across the group.

She brings with her more than 25 years of solid experience as a senior business executive and a leader in the ICT field in the Middle Eastern region. Prior to joining Pharos Holding for Financial Investments, she was the Co-founder & Associate Partner in Glint Consulting, a boutique consulting company that she co-founded and coled.

Glint offered Management Consulting and Private Equity services focusing on FinTech startups and was based in Dubai & Cairo serving the MENA region. She has also led the technical sales team in Microsoft MEA HQ to drive consistent execution across the entire region to grow market share and accelerate consumption of Microsoft Cloud & Enterprise solutions in both enterprise & government segments across Middle East & Africa.

In 2010, She was appointed as the Managing Director for LINK Development, a leading global technology solutions provider leading the digitalization of private and public sectors and one of the largest development houses in the Middle East. 

Throughout her career and her digital advocacy, she has played various instrumental roles in the digital transformation of both enterprises and governments across the Middle East; reaching new levels of competitiveness through efficient and cost-cutting new customer service channels and competitive niche. Additionally, Ms. 

Irini has a dominant role in the startup eco-system. She is a board member in Malaikah (Egyptian Angel Investors Association) and Egypt Fintech Association as well as other startups and NGOs and a mentor in several startup accelerator programs across Egypt.
